FTP Instructions

Log in to your FTP folder by clicking here. If your page does not load, simply refresh your browser. If you need assistance, please contact technical support at 877-898-9330.
Name the folder you will be uploading to match the name of your job. Example: Jacksonville Little League.
Note: If your order is divided into parts, please indicate that in each the folder title. For multiple sports within one order, please separate them into unique folders. Example: Jacksonville League Football and Jacksonville League Cheerleading.
After your upload finishes, verify that the file counts of the folder on your computer match the new, uploaded folder on our server. This step is crucial--missing files will delay your order.
How to: Right click on the folder you uploaded on your computer and select "Properties" from the menu. Select "Contains" and note the file and folder count. Repeat for the new folder on our server. If they match, you are good to go. If not, retransfer only the missing files.
If you have uploaded a sports job, please complete an online sports job submission form here with "FTP" selected as the method of delivery. For all other order types, please fill out the appropriate order forms (all located in PDF format here) and email the form to info@ddlab.net. You will receive a confirmation email by the end of the next business day.

Important Notes:

While Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) is a workable FTP client, DDL recommends using a dedicated FTP program for the best results. Please note that DDL does not offer technical support for third-party FTP software.
If you job requires reorder forms, please submit them in either Microsoft doc or Adobe pdf formats with each job submitted. This will ensure that the most recent, updated order form is used in your order.
Uploads must complete and the reorder forms must be received by 2pm EST for the job to begin processing on that business date. All orders received after 2pm will begin processing the next business day.
